Mes axes de recherche s’articulent préférentiellement autour de trois grandes perspectives :
(1) L’interaction des états psychologiques et physiologiques des sportifs en lien avec les charges de travail (sportives et non sportives).
(2) La compréhension de l’impact des variables environnementales sur la dynamique des états des sportifs au cours du temps
(3) Enfin l’investigation de techniques d’intervention permettant (a) d’améliorer les états internes objectifs et perçus des sportifs, (b) leur qualité de vie et (c) d’accompagner leur projet au cours du temps.
Ces travaux portent principalement sur des cohortes de sportifs en apprentissage du haut niveau ou de haut niveau.
L’originalité et l’ambition de cette approche consistent en une prise en compte interdisciplinaire du sportif, tant du point de vue de ses états que de l’impact environnemental sur ces derniers.
